Make Your Own Whitener for Your Teeth

Simple Tooth Whitener

What you'll need:

Small container with lid
Baking soda
Hydrogen peroxide
Toothpaste (any brand with fluoride)
water (preferably distilled, but plain water is okay)

 What you'll do:

Squirt about enough toothpaste to brush your teeth three times into the small container. Into the toothpaste, mix 2 tsp of baking soda, 2 tsp of hydrogen peroxide, and 1 tsp of water. Stir gently.

Dip toothbrush into mixture and brush teeth for two minutes. Use the mixture to brush your teeth once per week until desired results are achieved. Then do this once per month to maintain results.

Notes:

Important: It is not recommended to use this mixture more often that stated here. While baking soda works safely to remove surface stains and tartar when used sparingly, using it more frequently can damage the enamel on your teeth.

I have been using this and have had great results.
